Here's a quick video update on the storm for tonight and tomorrow:
We're going to have to watch this system closely tonight. Any unexpected movements may produce a mess in places where this was not forecast to happen. I read the 12pm update from the NWS Paducah office and they're watching a possible southern shift in the freezing line in that area. We'll see if this happens out here.
great work..do you see school on in jcps tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteI really don't think so. The newest model data coming in is showing quite a bit of snow tomorrow morning, with continuing ice tonight.
ReplyDeleteon the AccuWeather page for E-town.. it has 9 inches of snow for today, tonight, and tomorrow. Is this going to happen?
ReplyDeleteI believe AccuWeather is making that prediction based on the last NAM, which had CRAZY precipitation amounts over the entire area. I doubt there will be that much, but 3-4" over the entire area sounds better. I'll keep watch on this though... it could surprise us.
